As we continue to grow, we are in the process of forming our inaugural Board of Directors. This board will be integral in helping us achieve our long-term goals and lead the TruePoint Foundation into its next phase of growth. Each member will bring valuable experience, insight, and a shared commitment to our mission. Together, we will navigate the path ahead, always guided by faith and our desire to serve others.

The President leads with a focus on strategic vision and effective governance. This role ensures that The TruePoint Foundation stays aligned with its mission and long-term goals, offering essential leadership and direction.
The Vice President assists the President in leadership and executive decision-making. They help guide the Foundation’s initiatives, overseeing key projects and contributing expertise to our strategic goals.
The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s financial health and stability. They manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure transparency and accountability in financial practices to support our objectives.
The Secretary manages the accurate recording of Board meetings and decisions. Their role ensures transparency and accountability by maintaining essential documentation and supporting governance processes.
Board Members contribute to the strategic planning and oversight of the Foundation’s work. They bring valuable experience and insight to decision-making, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s goals.
The Board provides strategic direction to ensure initiatives align with the Foundation’s mission and long-term goals. They set priorities and make informed decisions to drive the success of TruePoint’s efforts.
Through careful budgeting, monitoring of expenditures, and responsible resource management, the Board ensures the Foundation’s financial health. Transparency and accountability are core to their approach.
The Board establishes and reviews policies that guide the Foundation’s operations. These policies ensure that activities align with values and strategic objectives while supporting ethical governance.
The Board continuously evaluates programs, initiatives, and leadership effectiveness to improve our impact. They actively seek to understand community needs and adjust strategies to best serve Lubbock and beyond.
The Board is committed to engaging with the community, building relationships, and fostering collaborations that enhance outreach. Transparency in decision-making is crucial for building trust and accountability.
Through continuous evaluation, the Board ensures its own contributions are making a meaningful impact. Regular assessments are key to maintaining focus on mission-driven goals to keep continued success of the Foundation.
As the Founder and Executive Director of The TruePoint Foundation, Janson Teal provides leadership and direction for the organization’s initiatives. With a strong commitment to serving and uplifting communities, Janson ensures that all activities align with the foundation's mission and core values.
In his role, Janson leads board meetings with an emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and community feedback. He actively engages with volunteers, stakeholders, and local partners, ensuring decisions are rooted in the foundation’s mission, goals, and budget, rather than emotion, to promote steady and impactful growth.
