The President leads with a focus on strategic vision and effective governance. This role ensures that The TruePoint Foundation aligns with its mission and long-term goals, providing essential leadership and direction to guide our efforts.
The Vice President supports the Board Chair in leadership and executive decision-making. This role helps guide the Foundation’s initiatives and oversees key projects, contributing valuable expertise and insight to our strategic goals.
The Treasurer oversees the Foundation’s financial health and stability. This role is responsible for managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial transparency and accountability in alignment with our strategic objectives.
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records of Board meetings and decisions. This role ensures transparency and accountability, managing essential documentation and supporting our governance processes.
Board Members engage in the strategic planning and oversight of the Foundation’s work. They bring experience and insight to decision-making processes, playing a key role in guiding our programs and ensuring alignment with our goals.
Our Board of Directors provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure that our initiatives align with the Foundation’s mission and long-term goals. They are responsible for setting priorities and making informed decisions to drive the Foundation's success.
The Board ensures the Foundation’s financial health through careful budgeting, monitoring of expenditures, and responsible resource management. This stewardship is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability in our financial practices.

As the Founder and Executive Director of the TruePoint Foundation, Janson Teal provides visionary leadership and oversees the organization’s strategic direction. Dedicated to serving and uplifting communities, Janson ensures all foundation activities align with its mission and values.
Janson leads board meetings with a focus on collaboration and transparency, presenting ideas and opportunities gathered from the community, volunteers, and stakeholders. He ensures decisions are guided by the foundation’s mission, budget, and values—rather than emotions—fostering purposeful growth and impactful initiatives.
